I hope you are all well and looking forward to starting the Christmas holiday.

I thought it would be worthwhile outlining what is expected of you, and school, in the case of your child testing positive over the Christmas break.

I will be checking my emails up to, and including, Christmas Eve. So, if your child does test positive in this timeframe would you please email me at headteacher@burford.nottingham.sch.uk I will check my emails once a day and will ring you for a follow up conversation, as I may need to let other parents know and tell them to isolate.

If your child tests positive from Christmas day onwards, there is no need to email me. You simply need to tell school when we return on the 4th January.
